WoodenTwist has a 7-day return policy for all products under Rs 3000. For products above Rs 3000, only a 7-day replacement policy is applicable in case of damages or defects. Certain items such as Electronics, Stickers & Jewellery products are non-returnable and can only be replaced in case of damage or defects. Products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be returned. If a return pickup is not available at a given pincode, the customer has to self return the product and WoodenTwist will refund the courier charges max 20% of order amount. After receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days. Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made. For COD orders refund will be initiated in Woodentwist wallet which can be used to purchase any product on Woodentwist. All big furniture products are non-returnable and are only eligible for replacement in case of any damages or defects. Customized products made on special customer request are non returnable. In case of customer returns original shipping charges will not be refunded, only product amount will be refunded.

As for the shipping policy, WoodenTwist does not charge any Shipping or Handling fee. However, on all discount coupons, a processing fee of 2.5% is applicable on the total price of your purchase. This fee includes government taxes which are applicable on the coupon discount, and are paid by WoodenTwist. Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation.

Woodentwist.com accepts all forms of electronic payment means and services, such as Credit/Debit cards, EMIs, and third-party payment services. For EMIs, at checkout, select the "Debit Card/Credit Card/ EMI" option, then select the EMI option. Choose the bank where you have the credit card. The threshold value is decided by each particular bank and varies from bank to bank. EMI transaction requests, once submitted, cannot be cancelled/modified/reversed until the same have been approved/rejected by the issuing banks of the credit card holders. All payments made against the purchases/services on the Website shall compulsorily be in the Indian National Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. The Website will not facilitate transactions in any other forms of currency for any form of purchases made on the Website. There is no hidden fee on purchases made at Wooden Twist. They also don’t charge any Shipping or Handling fee.
